Get ready to meet the crochet triangle scarf that you’ll want to make over and over again, the Forever Fall Shawl 2.0. As a season begins to close and a new one begins, it can be hard to know how exactly to dress since the weather can be so unpredictable. What I’ve learned living in the South is that layering is key, and this simple yet stylish shawl is here to help you transition from season to season with ease. The Forever Fall Shawl 2.0 is the perfect accessory to have in your closet year round. Stunning in any color, you’ll want to have one for every outfit.
Beginner Friendly…
This beginner level scarf is crocheted in one piece from corner to corner opposed to the usual top down or bottom up triangle scarf. The easy repeatable pattern is ideal for a crocheter of any skill level. One of the best things about this pattern is that once you get a few rows in, you are able to ditch the pattern for a little while, and that is always a win in my book. Can you say Netflix and Chill (and by chill, I mean crochet.)?
The Yarn
For this crochet scarf, I used one of my favorite brands of worsted weight yarn, Swish Worsted Weight. WeCrochet described this yarn as the “superwash of crocheters’ dreams”, and I have to agree! Made with 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool, this yarn is one of the softest and squishiest I’ve ever crochet with. If you’ve never had the pleasure of using this yarn, you should definitely give it a try. Click here to check it out on the WeCrochet website.

Finishing Touches:
- Add tassels to both ends of scarf if desired.
- To make a tassel, use tassel maker available, but if not, there are many DIY ways to create the perfect tassel. Click here for my favorite tassel tutorial.
Note: For a neater finish, use a steamer to be sure the tassels lay flat.
